Despite a minor room accommodation issue, he handled the situation with grace and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His dedication and attention to detail truly set this ryokan apart. Located in the serene Gion district, the ryokan offers a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city. the spacious Twin Western Style room we stayed in was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring Kyoto's cultural treasures.
